As of April 1, 2026, the natural gas liquefaction business and the domestic sales business of natural gas, which had previously been under the jurisdiction of ENEOS Corporation, were transferred to our company. As a result, the entire natural gas supply chain within the ENEOS Group—from upstream gas field development to downstream sales—has been consolidated under our company^*. Under this new organizational structure, we will accelerate the natural gas business as one of the Group's growth strategies that contributes to enhancing the corporate value of the ENEOS Group.
