As of April 1, 2026, the ENEOS Group transferred its natural gas liquefaction and domestic sales businesses, previously overseen by ENEOS Corporation, to our company, which has been responsible for oil and natural gas development businesses. As a result, we now serve as the principal operating company of the ENEOS Group, covering the entire natural gas supply chain from gas field development through domestic sales.
Building on this integrated upstream, midstream, and downstream business platform, we will advance our operations with due consideration for the environment. Furthermore, as sources of our competitive advantage, we will continue to strengthen the operator capabilities cultivated through the development and operation of oil and gas fields, as well as our asset evaluation and project structuring capabilities and our relationships with resource-producing countries. Through these efforts, we will fulfill our mission of ensuring a stable supply of energy while achieving sustainable business growth.
